Tuesday and Wednesday, April 19-20 at 7:30 PM at Jazz Alley (6th. Ave. and Lenora in Seattle). Claudia Villela (voice, percussion, piano) and Ricardo Peixoto (guitars) with special guest Jovino Santos Neto (piano, accordion, melodica). Brazilian artists Claudia and Ricardo have a great following in the Bay Area, where they are recognized as an outstanding musical duo. They perform their original compositions, plus some Brazilian standards. They have recorded with Toots Thielemans, Kenny Werner and other jazz greats, always showcasing the rhythmic and melodic richness of Brazil in their music.
