Yogi in a VERY SPECIAL SHOW of world music!

Hey Everyone,

I have a VERY SPECIAL SHOW that I will be performing in this weekend. This is "don't miss" for those of you who know me and know my tastes in music. The Bhakti Ensemble features the work of Composer/Violinist Gordon Assadi, my good friend, and also the violinist on my upcoming CD. Gordon is fluent in both East Indian, Greek and American Styles, and can play a bit of jazz too. We are very honored that the Tibetan Buddhists have decided to host our show.

The Bhakti Ensemble is a diverse musical experience ranging from North and South Indian classical, Greek, jazz and folk traditions.

We have the privilege of performing at the Sakya Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist temple, in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood. You can't miss the temple, it's yellow with red trim and there are prayer wheels on the outside. The shrine room is decorated from floor to ceiling with deities, paintings, murals, and mandalas, we'll be performing in the cultural hall with the deities downstairs.

This is a very unique group of musicians, so don't miss this special evening. We hope to see you there!

Cheers,

Yogi
