Yogi lives! Now for the good news...

Hey Everyone,

I fell off the ends of the earth for awhile there. Sorry about that. Apologies if I missed posting any of your shows (I missed posting some of my own, in fact).

But what's worse is...I'm ba-a-ack!

OK, without shedding any additional tears, on to this week's gigs. We have shows this week by Jovino Santos Neto, Eduardo Mendonca and Show Brazil, The Pony Boy Records Jazz Picnic with a great lineup, and some shows with singer/songwriter Kellee Bradley.

First this:

My friend Ahmed Tarawally Jr from Sierra Leone West Africa, has taken over Mama Jo's Java, a coffee stand on Lake City Way. On Sunday Ahmed and a few friends will have an informal jam in the parking lot next to the coffee stand. If you're in Northeast Seattle and want to stop in and say hi, we'll be there 11am - 3pm chilling and jamming.

***please note this is only if the weather is good***
