Once again, lots of great offerings from Seattle's jazz/world music community. A rare local performance by Reggae legend Winston Jarrett on Saturday, the annual Seattle improvised music festival Thurs - Sat, and it's Brazilian Carnaval weekend! So support the Seattle jazz/world scene - and have a blast doing so!
