May 22 = Lagni Sussu, band of Naby Camara from Guinea, West Africa
Master of the melodic balafon (traditional xylophone), Naby Camara from
Guinea, West Africa, brings his band Lagni Sussu to the HIDMO. Naby has
received two Juno awards (Canadian "Grammy) in 1995 and 2004 for his musicianship.
