The African Knights Live!

Hello Music Lovers!

Now's your chance to see The African Knights. We have a couple of shows this month. The first one is part of Community Event called The Celebration of Life at the langston Highes Cultural center in the Central District.

The second one is as a part of the Sunday Night African Music Series at Hidmo Restaurant on Jackson St. Hidmo is the place that has the most African music in town nowadays. So come and chill with the African musicians and enjoy the East African chow and beers.

We'll be featuring singer Shervonne, and guitarist Guilliame Mpacko of Cameroon, as well as the African Knights core members Ahmed on singing, bass, and compositions, Yours truly on keyboards, Michel Tyabji from Tanzania, and Susan Nelson on bass. We'll be mixing up the African Reggae with a few traditional soukous numbers.

Your choice of how you would like your African Knights served up: with a Community Fair or in THE place for the African Music scene in Seattle.

Here's the info.
