The Variety of this weeks gigs simply proves that jazz and world music are a very full universe with many different musical lifeforms out there! If you're comfortable in Zero-G, then, well go see the ZERO G presentation at White Rabbit. Or maybe you feel better having gravity, then go see the band Gravity at the Comet. And there's Latino music, Arabic fusion, straight ahead, free jazz, and works by serious 21st-century composers all on the bill this week. If you can't find something you want to go to out of this mix, well, then, I think you need more than a little gravity to help you out....but no worries, off-worlders should be plenty happy with this week's offerings!
